As long as you have the springs to support the lift, it would scream in a 370. Enough chop at idle to let people know that you're not stock but still have good enough street manners for a daily driver. If it wasn't for the overlap I'd keep it. My blower is going to have a hard time feeding my engine as it is, so every degree of overlap counts in my setup.

I am running the Dual Gold 675 springs. What is your idea of good enough for DD? Did you ever dyno your 408 with this cam?

Your springs will more than do the job for this cam...by a good DD cam I mean one that doesn't surge as you slow to a stop, hesitate on a take off or die at a red light. Alot of those issues can be tuned out anyway if your tuner is good. This cam shouldn't give you any of these issues in a 370+ engine. Put this in a 4.8 and then you might have problems or a 1200rpm idle ...
I did not dyno this engine but I know a 408 running 11:1 with this size cam should be in the 480-520 range (from other setups I have seen)
