Yea pretty much, I have the items below. The program can be downloaded on their website so you will not need the cd. If you need the 2-way terminal or the 3-way terminal you can buy it on their website.

* FlashScan V1 interface device
* EFILive OBDII cable (J1962-A to DB9)
* EFILive USB cable (USB-A to USB-Mini B)

 

The V1 won't work with your 07 if it is a GMT-900.
