If that is the case, then it can only be used for scanning or reading out tunes from 98-07's. EFILive won't issues new licenses on already upgraded V1's

The only thing it CAN tune is what it's already licensed to AND unlimited 97-98 F/Y-bodies.

Not trying to discourage your sale, just trying to offer a little buyer beware...

This was the same answer I got from EFILive too. So this cable can still have up to 25 licenses added to it. ($99 each) Also, because of the purchase date, the upgrade price should someone buy it and decide to upgrade it to a V2 down the road, will be the $549 upgrade price.
