When you say bolted, are you talking about the wheels needing to be screwed to the tires?
And what's it take to get these to fit on a rear drum setup?

no if you see in the picture they have nuts around the outside diameter of the inner rim (not sure how to describe it) all they are, is for looks. and for a drum brake setup nothing is needed, they fit as is.
