PM's returned...
I've heard that this cam works great in 5.3's and exceptionally well with superchargers, there's a few guys here running them in boosted 5.3's and 6.0's. When I spoke to Roger Vinci when I bought it, he told me that he was running this cam in his 5.3 rcsb 4x4 with a Yank TT2600. I was going to use it in my NA LQ9, but decided to try and get the trans fixed first, then buy the finishing engine parts for my LQ9 later.
I'll get pics up in a jiffy...

Pics as promised....
The cam still has the coating of factory oil that it came with, and it hasn't been touched by my bare hands since I got it (until today lol). I can assure you that there aren't any pits or rust on any of the lobes or journals. The linty looking stuff is lint (cardboard?), and the cam has been sitting in the box, under my bed, for about 6 months-ish (can't remember exactly when I got it but I think it was early summer).
I take crappy pics...but our white kitchen table makes a nice backdrop
