I have a friend who's selling a COMP XR275HR 222/224 .566/.568 112LSA cam new in the box for $300 shipped OBO. Anyone interested?

He's going with something smaller. He was going to put this into a 4.8L and I talked him out of it. Would be nice for a 5.3L or larger though

You would need some LS6 valve springs at a minimum. You don't have to upgrade pushrods if you don't want to. You'd have another $50 on top of the camshaft in parts to do the swap
