i got a 6.0 4x4 would i still be able to tow with this cam and what kind of stall would i have to run. Thanks

I'm running it in a 6.0 and it has plenty of bottom end. Although a 3000 stall would be ideal.

If i didn't have issues of my own i'd buy it right now. That's the cam I want to upgrade to.

How well will work in a stock tbss? And is there anything else that I would need to install it, like springs, pushrods, or rockers?

You'll want some Pac Dual springs, hardened pushrods, and at least a 3200 stall.
