FS Lingenfelter GT7 Camshaft
Used Lingenfelter GT7 Camshaft. The cam is in great shape and has about 17k miles on it. Here is the cam specs from lingfelters web site. 208/230 .554/.546 121CL The Lingenfelter "GT7" camshaft was designed to be used in supercharged or turbocharged applications in LS1, LS2, LS3, LS6, 350 CID - 427 CID engines. This cam will produce a smooth idle for automatic or six speed manual transmission equipped vehicles that can be daily driven.

I just took it out of my 5.3 because I was in boost too much. 
I think I saw a little over a 1lb increase just from the cam swap and it was there at a lower rpm than the stock cam. Just seemed like I was seeing boost to early for my application.

I think you would be in boost at the slightest bit of acceleration. I saw about 17 in/hg at idle and 5-7in/hg at 65-75 mph. I would typicaly see about 2-3 psi under mild acceleration. I'm sure the 3.42 gears didn't help.
