Default FS procharger P1sc kit

I have a procharger p1sc kit w/ air to air intercooler. Kit is completeand has less than 500 miles on it. Came of a 97 Yukon With a 450.00 head unit bracket it will work on newer ls trucks. I picked this up from a friend who blew his tranny and decided to get rid of it.
Price 2000.00

I dont think so procharger Dist. told me just the head unit bracket. I originally wanted to put it on my lt1 car but they said it wouldn't work without sending the head unit in to change the rotation.
