FS:T56 Swap
I'm selling my old T56, because I decided to get a little more serious and go with a TH400. This swap has everything to get you up and running except a clutch and pressure plate and pilot bearing.
Everything that's included:
Stock T56 and bell housing
All sensors and switches (VSS, back up light switch, clutch pedal switch etc.)
02 Slave cylinder (5000miles)
SFI flywheel (needs to be resurfaced)
Factory Hurst shifter
Lokar leather shift boot/ polished SS retainer
Clutch master cylinder w/braided line
Clutch pedal assembly
Nut plate
I also have a master cylinder retainer plate I made but never used
5spd truck crossmember
T56 tranny mount.
$1500 for everything shipped to your door in the 48 contiguous states.
The transmission was rebuilt roughly 15,000miles ago. I bought it from a member at ls1tech and its from his SS that got rear ended shortly after he had it rebuilt. Everything is in perfect working order, but the transmission can be a little tempermental when getting it into first. I think part of the synchros are out in 1st, but putting it into first from a stop isn't an issue. I can ship it to any shop if you want.
I can also hook you up with a tune if you're using HPT. If you have any questions or for more pics on the swap, check out the link in my sig.
PM if you have any questions.
