I have for sale a whipple supercharger. The kit is for a 00-02 chevy truck with a 4.8-6.0. It is the 2 belt setup and includes: three pullies, whipple electronics, K&N CAI, and all other major parts. The kit is in great working order and is still installed on the truck. Im selling it because im building a forged 370 and going a different route with the build. I will ship the kit if needed and local pickup is okay. I will meet you if its a resonable distance. $2100 for the kit takes it. If it doesnt sell on here i will post it on ebay. I have included pictures of the supercharger. Any question feel free to ask.

Everything is included for the install but you will have to order a new water neck for your water pump seeing that once you intall it, it cant be removed without wrecking it. You can push these superchargers that ive seen up to like 15psi. And yes this will bolt up to your tahoe perfect. Its on a 00 silverado with a 5.3 now. As far as install goes i couldnt tell you because i installed it myself. They are easy to install if you follow the direction step by step. Im not sure about the 08 but i do know that after the 02 the supercharger will fit with a few easy changes to the setup. Like different crank pulley ect. Do a search and you will find it.

with the 03+ you actually have to "massage" the firewall to make room for the throttle body. i think it was bigtex who found that out.


as for the boost/power. I pushed mine to 16lbs boost on a bone stock 6.0L with stock exhaust and made 416/478. ran 13.06 with a 6040lb race weight.
