I have a 4300K HID conversion kit for sale. For Bulb type 9005. I purchased it from here: http://www.xenondepot.com/product.php?product_id=7 This is the same one, and will include everything shown.

I had them in OEM Denali headlamps, but they will work on any car that currnetly uses a 9005 type bulb. I'm not sure what other vehicles they will work on, so you will have to check.

I only used them for two months, so they are practically brand new. I will be trading in my vehicle so thats why they are for sale.

They kinda look like Phillips ballasts. I could be wrong.

99Silver5.3 is right, they are Phillips ballasts and the bulbs are rebased phillips bulbs.
