Not so, I have a x2000 cover with dual locks on each side. This is probably just an older version like mine before they came out with the single lock with electronics and this that and the other. With that said, the actual tonneau with nothing else is, or at least was the same as the traditional tonneau, BUT with all the goodies and painted.

These are great covers, fit very well, and are low profile. Good luck with the sale!

02BlueStepside, Does yours have the vinyl strip around it??? I have seen the early X2000 with a dual lock and the Speedstur wing but never seen an X2000 with a vinyl strip around it.

As far as I know all X2000 series were always carpted underneath. The gentlemen I spoke with said the X2000 was a single lock. He doesn't remember the dual locks but said maybe they did that early on before the single lock design was finished.

I called on Tuesday to see about ordering a new one for one of my trucks.

I have an x2000, it is trimless, carpeted and has two locks. Bought in 2003.

There are so many options when you go to order them, including options for the tailgate cap, cut flush across the back, or with or without trim. Mine is trim less and cut flush.

The big selling points on the x2000 at the time were the hinges, paint to match, and carpeted underside. Like I said in my previous post, the actual lid itself, at the time, was the same as the traditional

The one I have has two locks, carpeted underneath, and trim as you can see in the picture. I am sorry if I mis labeled the model. If anyone has any more questions, feel free to PM me. Thanks.
