bubble wrap it bigtime and ship it via Greyhound. FYI, I got my SS bumper shipped from Washington State to South FL via UPS, bubblewrapped.

it really shouldn't be more than $75 UPS Ground

I shipped my RST pan and tips for $50 and those were much heavier than a bumper cover

its not the weight, its the overall size. Once the height/width/length exceed a particular amount in inches, they automatically classify is as something freight, and the shipping charge goes through the roof!

go to greyhound.com, they have a shipping option there. You need to take the bumper to your local greyhound station and they'll ship it from that point on to the local station closest to where its being shipped to.

I had my rear painted bumper shipped this way. I think it cost $40 to ship the entire rear bumper with the brackets still attached from TX to FL!
