Couldn't tell ya to be completely honest, definitely not many, cam still looks beautiful, no crazy grooves or anything. If I had to guess it'd definitely be under 10k, then again, hydraulic rollers don't take much of a beating to begin with...

In a truck? I'd honestly have to say over 3000, depends on what kinda screws you've got out back, along with how tall of a tire you're running. If it were me? I'd stall around 3500 if it was a 5.3, 3200 if it was a 6.0, again, assuming it had 3.73's or 4.10's and no taller than a 31" tire.

I have 35" tires with 3.73 and it would be for a LQ4.

Where is the power band on this cam?

Rj that cam is too big for your truck unless your going to run a big verter.... Stop being a cheap azz and buy a new one that will work with what you got..... But it is a great deal on it

That cam would be super badass in a RCSB with a 6.0 but I think it's powerband would be too high for something heavy. A Camaro would haul with that too....I am very tempted to trade my 212/218 cam for it but it would be too much cam for my LS1 and what I am building it for.
