It has been 8 days and I still haven't received my refund yet! What's the delay?

Still more lies! It wasn't out of your hands and you know it!

PayPal notified you on 6/9 that you had 10 days to respond to the dispute. Instead of responding, you just waited out the 10 days at which point the dispute was automatically decided in my favor. You could have easily responded in a timely manner and processed the refund immediately but you decided that you wanted to be difficult. I'm sorry that you have issues managing your money and $430 put you in a bind. Maybe you should think about a savings account instead of future mods.

Also, I had to file a dispute through PayPal because you stated several times that you would not issue a refund and that I was stuck with item. You left me no choice.

Finally, I wouldn't have needed to post on this thread if you would have replied to my other methods of contact. Again, you left me with no choice. Don't worry this is my last post and I won't be defending myself against anything else you may come up with.

For everyone else, I have been a member of PerformanceTrucks.net for over 11 years and I have never come across such a poor example of an enthusiast. This guy will say anything to get your money and once he has it turns into a completely different person.

Ok guys this is ridiculous. I tried to help this guy out every way possible. My original post stated I was selling a Nav unit and nothing else. I sold it to him for $425 and answered all his questions. After paying he decided that he needed to keep asking me the same questions 5 different ways. After determining he wanted a Nav ant and vss harness I offered to sell him mine. Apparently he thought I was selling him a full kit from the start. So he asked for a refund and I refused because there was nothing wrong with whoa I sold him and he was having buyers remorse. So he then set up a claim on PayPal and stated missing parts as the reason. So this guy was mad because he bought something that he didn't fully understand then tried to make me look like I was screwing him. He can say whatever he wants but everything I've sold on here has had 0 issues. After deciding to say screw it its not worth it and refund his $, PayPal was trying to withdraw it from my personal acct., they had his $ on hold. I informed him I tried but wasn't going to pull it from my acct then wait on PayPal to refund me. He said I understand and thanks for trying. This guy is a complete moron and and a flat out liar.

I guess I thought that anybody interested in doing this swap, would have a basic understanding of the process. The unit functions w/o any of the parts that I am now including. Obviously I was wrong so I have now spelled it out in as much detail as I can. I will not be there to install it for the buyer so if anyone is interested do your research before you purchase. I've tore my truck down from tip to tail and know it better than most GM techs, I apologize for any misleading post. It was not my intention.
