Call Kooks at the number I posted above and ask them if the part number will fit your application. That's all I can say to be honest. I just know they don't fit on my '04 and that's all I know. Yes they do sell a catted y pipe for the headers. When you call Kooks, ask them for the matching y-pipe part number for the 6753 headers. They'll tell you what you need. I know the part number for the NON-catted version of the y pipe is: 6754-oc-5.3
