Default The ORIGINAL KB Racing intercooled turbo kit $3000

I'm selling the first turbo kit I built for my truck. It has the Master Power T76 turbo with a P-trim .96 a/r housing, OBX branded intercooler, Tial 38mm WG with a 7 psi spring that made about 9 psi on my 5.7, and 3'' down pipe. The manifold is stainless steel and and has no cracks or anything. This kit is about 2 years old. The turbo has only been on it less then a year and has maybe 10,000 miles on it, still plenty tight. This kit made 500 rwhp on my 4.8 at 11psi with a T70, and ran a 12.21@110 at 10psi on the 5.7 with the MP T76 (5400lbs race wieght). Had plenty left in it, but broke the tranny when I tried to step it up to 13psi. The blow off valve is a 1" Bosch bypass valve off of a Volvo, It is open at idle that's why it has the breather on it. Everything is in good shape and ready to go.

The intercooler piping is setup for a 28" radiator and comes up in between the radiator and the PCM, so it you have a 32", you will have to rerouteing the piping on the drivers side from the intercooler to the throttle body.

$3000 plus shipping

Let me know if you have any questions.

If you still have this in a couple months (which I think will be unlikely lol) I'll take it. Is this setup for electric fans or clutch fan?

It's setup for a clutch fan, but as long as you have a 28" radiator it will fit as is, with electric or clutch fan.

On a side note, I have a 3 1/2" down pipe I could make fit on this for an extra $250.

How much power will the bigger DP add?

It's hard to say, depends on how much boost your running. Bigger is better...
