Its a manifold off of a lq4. I'm not sure if it is the same as the 5.3. I have no idea if it would fit the cable TB's. There is a different part number for the manifold for 99-02 than 03 so perhaps not?

It should fit the 5.3 just has a different part number due to the revisions done to it for the egr.
