I may be selling my 4.8. I have a set of hand ported 4.8 heads with comp 918 springs I may be selling, as well as the 4.8 short block. If my 6.0 shipped out on manday I should have it by next week and all parts will be available. Looking for 400 obo on the heads with springs. I also have a Comp cam 218/224 .562/.568 113LSA for 250 shipped obo. I also have a 4L60E tranny which has no 3rd or 4th. The tranny has a summit deep pan, trans go shift kit, vaccume mod, and corvett servo. (no converter) 450+shipping obo, I will also part out. The shift kit is all in the valve body so if you want the shift kit I will sell you the valve body. Tranny would be a good tranny to rebuild for a spare or to build a performance tranny with. I have pictures of the port work, Cam and tranny if anyone would like them. Thanks Erik

Im not sure I will be selling my 918's with the heads just yet but I will put the stockers back on and reduce the price to 325 obo I will let everyone know.

The 4.8 heads are the same as the 5.3 heads correct? And other than the 918's and pushrods, they would be ready to roll?

 

How much do you want for the 4.8 short block shipped to 93003.

yes they are the same as the 5.3. and other than the springs(i will put the stock springs back on) they are ready to go.

 

I will have to find out about shipping but I am asking 400 for the short block. It has almost 90000 miles on it. I run nothing but castrol syntec through the motor. I will have to put the stock cam back in it as well as the stock lifters and stock oil pump.
