PI Vigilante 3000 Converter & Stage 2 Trick Flow Cam
I am selling my Vigilante 3000 converter and stage 2 trick flow cam. Both items have around a 1000 miles on them. The cam specs are 220, 224 with 575, 575 lift on a 112 lsa. Reason for selling is I bought a bigger converter to match my bigger cam. I am asking $900 for both, or $700 for the converter and $250 for the cam.

any more details on the cam...did it lope? what motor was it on? any dyno or 1/4 mile numbers as results? what z06 springs and pushrods be good enough? Would this be a good cam for a daily driver denali lq4 with a trailblazer stall?

The cam does have a nice lope nothing extreme, it was in a lq9 with ported ls6 heads. The zo6 springs would not be enough you would probably want a 918 from comp cam. I would suggest getting hardend pushrods. Depending on your supporting mods this could be a very nice cam.

hey im still interested in this cam. Would this hurt my mileage? I just talked to someone from comp cams and they steered me in the direction of a very very mild cam if i dont want to take a hit in mileage...i wasnt under the influence that aftermarket cams make such a big difference in efficiency? i wont do a cam unless i can get some lope, and i wont get a cam if lope=bad gas mileage. thanks again for your time

The Cam isn't aggressive enough to hurt MPG's I think I was getting 12 around town before the cam and the converter install. Once they were both installed I went to 11.5, however a lot of that is the converter. Once you install it you will be able to tell the truck has a cam in it.

The powerband on the cam is from 2500 to 6400. A tbtc if it stalled to 2600 would be ok, but if you could get a little bigger converter it would benefit the cam a lot more. I never had just the cam in the truck, i did all the supporting mods at the same time basically, but the cam pulls really hard.
