how much does it weigh?

pretty hard to see exact shape of it in those dark photos over wood... does the bottom shape fit the contours of the cab floor? Or is it just flat? Also curious what the middle looks like with no amp, since mine is mounted underseat...

 

its 51 lbs without speakers in it,..it is not flat, it is contoured to fit a reg cab,..middle of it without amp is flat,..
