Procharger Custom 4" Air Intake system
I am going to add a Meth tank where my Procharger Custom Air Intake air filter resides so I'm pulling it off and going to go back to the original P-1SC Air Filter. This system is made off 4" aluminum and steel piping, extra heavy duty exhaust wrap to keep out the heat and rubber elbows. Most of the piping is 4" round aluminum but the piece over the intake is 4" steel and slightly "ovaled" for hood clearance. It has a port at the head unit for the bypass valve tubing (just like a stock P-1SC Air filter) and another port to hookup the pcv tubing right at above the intake manifold. With this sytem, I maintained AIT's at about 3-7 degrees above ambient, even after a full pass. I lost about a 1/2 pound of boost with this system over the original P-1SC air filter but it also really quieted down the air intake noise.
I spent about $250 on all the pieces to build it so I would like to get $150 plus shipping.
Thanks, Rick
