Procharger D-1SC kit
Up for sale is a Procharger D-1SC kit for 99-06 GM trucks. The throttle body tubing is designed for use with electric fans but can be tweaked + some trimming of the fan shroud for clutch fans). It includes the D-1SC head unit & mounting hardware, a brand new Bosch 040 intank pump, a Vortech Race Bypass valve (BPV), a brand new front mount intercooler, a 4.10" 6-rib pulley, a used belt (should be replaced), the air filter and the assorted piping & silicone couplers. The MAF is shown but not included ( I just wanted to show how it went together). You will need some injectors (40's would be okay but 60's would be better suit the potential of a D-1SC), some vacuum line for the BPV and a fitting for the Bosch 040 pump.
I bought the head unit from a friend that was running it on his Mustang and upgraded to a F1R. The D-1Sc has about 6k miles on is and is in very good condition other than a chip in one of the blades. Right after he installed it (within 20 miles) the air filter fell off (Doh!) and a spark plug wire chipped one of the blades (see photo). It didn't seem to effect performance at all (sounded perfect for a D-1SC) and he ran 16lbs (3.75" pulley) on a 5.0l for 6k miles. I guarantee that it runs perfectly.
SOLD
Thanks for looking, Rick

Thanks for the bump. It's a really good kit. A lot less restrictive and better looking than the Procharger piping and the larger FMIC keeps IAT around 10-15 degrees over ambiant temp. My buddy ran this head unit on a '95 Mustang and was hitting 625 RWHP @ 16lbs with a 3.75" pulley. It depends on what heads/cam/exhaust your running but the 4.10" pulley should be good for about 12-13lbs on a 5.3l and about 10.5-11.5lbs on a 6.0l.
