Yes, if i'm not mistaken it will. The intercooler mounts underneath the radiator and the piping on both sides goes on the outside of the framerails. If you are running a maf the piping will have to be cut in between the racegate and the throttle body so the maf can be put in.(I would strongly recomend going speed density) It will come with an IAT sensor and plug in with a pigtail(you can see it in the pics about 6" from the TB) Also you will have to run electric fans.
