Procharger Kit 99-Up GM Truck, FMIC, Tial 50mm, P1SC, complete - $3250
I have decided to go a different route with the truck and I will be pulling the 5.7 Ls1 out to install a forged LS6 347 and a single turbo setup. So the Procharger setup is going up for sale.
The belt is off the tensioner in the pictures I was trying a different length belt. So that is why the belt is slacked off in the pictures
Also the superchager air inlet and filter are off in the pictures, but it is included in the price.
Procharger P1SC Kit: - $3250 Location Mass 02649
Older style brackets with idler mod, so you get 90% belt wrap on s/c pulley
3.7" pulley (I am seeing 12lbs of boost at 6500rpm w/full bolt on LS1 with LTs, true duals and Pro-Flow intake manifold)
Gates belt
Tial 50mm Blow of Valve with 3psi supercharger spring (BOV is open at warm idle and operates correctly for a supercharged setup
All 3" aluminum intercooler piping from supercharger to MAF, then after MAF it is 3.5" to the throttle body.
FMIC 3" inlet/outlet 31"x12"x4"
FMIC mounting plate/hardware
All black 5-ply silicon coupers and stainless t-bolt clamps
Supercharger air inlet consists of 3.5" aluminum 45 degree bend with a K&N cone air filter. (Off of the truck in the pictures but included)
(3) Procharger Oil, enough for three changes
I know the intercooler setup will work on 03-up GM/Chevy trucks. I know there is less room behind the grille on the older style trucks. But maybe someone can chime in if it will work or not.
There is some trimming involved in routing the intercooler piping in between the headlights and radiator, but nothing crazy. You also have to move the ECU forward and down to clear the intercooler piping and supercharger. I chose to relocate the ECU to the stock battery location and move the battery to the duramax location. You do not have to move the battery, just the ecu.
I also had a stock truck intake manifold with this intercooler piping for mock up and it worked fine with the intercooler piping layout.

Yes it will fit on your truck and the intercooler fits great on the 03-up chevy grille.
Everything listed is included. You will need to get fuel injectors, I would get 60lb injectors which would leave room for later on. Then you need a Walbro intank fuel pump kit or a bosch 044. Then get it tuned and your ready to go.
