Default Procharger Kit 99-Up GM Truck, FMIC, Tial 50mm, P1SC, complete - $3850

I have decided to go a different route with the truck and I will be pulling the 5.7 Ls1 out to install a forged LS6 347 and a single turbo setup. So the Procharger setup is going up for sale.

The belt is off the tensioner in the pictures I was trying a different length belt. So that is why the belt is slacked off.

Also the superchager air inlet and filter are off in the pictures, but it is included in the price.

Procharger P1SC Kit: - $3850 Location Mass 02649

Older style brackets with idler mod, so you get 90% belt wrap on s/c pulley
3.7" pulley (I am seeing 12lbs of boost at 6500rpm w/full bolt on LS1 with LTs, true duals and Pro-Flow intake manifold)
Gates belt
Tial 50mm Blow of Valve with 3psi supercharger spring (BOV is open at warm idle and operates correctly for a supercharged setup
All 3" aluminum intercooler piping from supercharger to MAF, then after MAF it is 3.5" to the throttle body.
FMIC 3" inlet/outlet 31"x12"x4"
FMIC mounting plate/hardware
All black 5-ply silicon coupers and stainless t-bolt clamps
Supercharger air inlet consists of 3.5" aluminum 45 degree bend with a 9" K&N cone air filter. (Off of the truck in the pictures but included)

I know the intercooler setup will work on 03-up GM/Chevy trucks. I know there is less room behind the grille on the older style trucks. But maybe someone can chime in if it will work or not.

There is some trimming involved in routing the intercooler piping in between the headlights and radiator, but nothing crazy. You also have to move the ECU forward and down to clear the intercooler piping and supercharger. I chose to relocate the ECU to the stock battery location and move the battery to the duramax location. You do not have to move the battery, just the ecu.

I also had a stock truck intake manifold with this intercooler piping for mock up and it worked fine with the intercooler piping layout.

What kind of power did it make with this setup on your truck?

Not sure never got it on the dyno and I am still working out the tune with Justin @ BlackBear Performance. But I have 60lb injectors and even with the rev limiter set at 6200rpm the injector duty cycle reached 72%. For this intake and cam I was running we were planning the shift points fo 6,700rpm. The truck would break loose the 305 rear tires at 70mph no problem.

I just bought a forged LS6 347 I was planning to put in this truck and just upgrade to a D1. But I am thinking it is a little overkill for my daily driver and tow truck and I could use the money from selling the procharger setup to finish my turbo RX7 prohect. So I am thinking I will put the 347 in my RX7 and finish it up and just build a 408 iron stroker with a nitrous outlet plate setup for the RST. But we will see if there is any interest in the kit. If it dosnt sell then I will keep it and do the forged 347 and a D1 and then I will get some rwhp numbers for you guys.

I will also be selling the 5.7LS1 out of the RST pretty soon. Its a fresh rebuild w/300 miles and lots of good parts. So I will post that up fairly soon.
