why are there two different bolts in the close up pic of the head unit? allen and flat head?

Ahhhh !!!! Did'nt think about that ! Thanks. The blade pic looks like a sharpie mark from counting blades. Any paperwork on the rebuild? who rebuilt it? Sorry about the questions but I don't want to buy it and it have a "whine" HA HA !
