Default Rare NBS Factory Euro Leveling Headlights

Up for sale is my spare set of rare GM factory European leveling headlights. Not many guys know about this mod but it is super cool. The headlights are motorized and you can adjust them up and down from a factory switch in the dash pod. Also, they have the Euro beam pattern as shown below. Included here are the headlight housings, brackets and motors. All you need to install is to order the switch and connectors from your local GM dealer. You can use standard OEM bulbs or add HID for the ultimate setup!

I will furnish the GM part numbers for the switch and connectors to the winning buyer as-well-as the factory wiring diagram.

Price is $300 including shipping in the continental USA. Payment is to be made via PayPal.

John

I'm interested. How much would the factory switch cost?

I have seen the factory switch listed for about $46.00.

The switch is designed to be mounted on the right side of the pod. It can go in the top or bottom position.

Where did you find these things? I've searched for information about them for the last hour and couldn't find a thing!

I saw a thread on another forum years ago where a guy stationed in Germany had spotted an export Tahoe. GM had modified trucks to meet European standards which included different headlights, side markers and exhaust tail pipes that went straight out the rear instead of the side.

So with the help of the poster from the orignal thread and my buddy at the local dealership, I was able to get the parts and wiring diagram. I have all the part numbers including the pod, blank covers, connectors, etc.

Weird. I just noticed it had the side marker behind the fender too. So cool.

Sent you a PM about the headlights. How much would the harness be? Just trying to figure out how much I'd have into the headlights. Adjustable switch, harness, bulbs... maybe HID.

No harness needed. Just use standard wire to connect the switch to the motor connectors, a ground and a hot. It really is pretty simple.

I replied to your PM with a schematic.
