I currently have rear drums on my truck. Would it be possible to do this conversion providing I buy some other necessary parts? Or is this kit for the guys who already have rear discs? Somebody please chime in and help me out on this one.

I'll bet you could............you'd just have to buy the supporting parts, like parking brake mounting stuff. I'll look into it a little further.
