Rebulit LPE Long block
This engine & heads were initially rebuilt by Lingenfelter.
-The engine(short block) was freshend with new bearings & cylinder hone.
-Stock rods(ARP rod bolts) & crank with OE(not undersize) journals.
-Pistons are the upgraded Manley forged 3.910s with -2 cc valve reliefs.(not shown on the invoice because this engine is a warranty replacement,the initial engine had Mahle's)
-Freshened & re-assembled by SpeedFab's(Orange Park ,FL) highly revered Tracy Grimm.
-The heads are LPE prepped CnC ported 806 casting ('97-98) perimeter bolt.
-62cc chambers to yield 11.1 compression on this engine.
-They flow right under 300 cfm on the intake(296) & 227 exhaust.
-fresh springs good up to .600 lift
-fresh valve seals
-heads inspected,cleaned,& reassembed by Champion Racing Heads.
-new LS7 lifters
-LS2 Timing chain
$3700 OBO
For an extra 125 I will include a Thunder Racing 224/224 .563/.563 114 LSA
This combination produced 415 RWHP throgh a 12 bolt equipped 6 speed Camaro (cam was a GT2-5 222/222 566 566 112 LSA)
The engine made 427 RWHP with 233/239 cam.
If you subtract the core charges it comes out to just under $5000 for LPE to duplicate what I'm selling.
I will also include a NEW windage tray , F-body oil pan , pick up tube,ported LPE oil pump, & LS6 valley cover.
Block has been modified to use the LS6 PCV system.
The heads have been completely gone through by Champion racing heads & are esentially new.
