It is smooth, itcan be repainted, we will ship, it does hold stand. gauges, and I do not think there is any difference between the 2 modle types but I am not sure.

this is for 99-02 dashes right? not sure if the 03-06's are different or not

The part is smooth. It is paintable as it sets if it needs to be changed from tan. The part can be shipped and charged to the person the buys it. The dash cover holds three 2 1/16 guages. The part came out of a 2004 truck.
