Sucks that it wont work on a TBI truck and no I'm not gonna spend another $3000+ for a MPI system and $4K for a STS turbo.

Does it include all of the exahust parts and over the axle piece?

Yes, including the over the axle piece and the muffler. If you have a CCSB this will bolt right on, if you dont....then SOME minor exhaust work will be needed.
