how were you able to get your Predator reprogrammed back to like it was never used? just wanting to know how to get this done if i ever want to get a custom tune

 

if you send it back to diablo and pay them 50 bucks or whatever the fee is at the time, they can flash it back to stock as in no vin number locked in it. therefore you can sell it.

 

What about that 98 fbody cam. Will it work in a 5.3 LM7? Gimme more info on the specs if so.

 

it will work. i have two conflicting numbers on it
202/210 intake/exhaust degrees duration .496/.496 inches lift 116 LSA
201/212 intake/exhaust degrees duration .500/.500 inches lift 119.5 LSA

you don't need to change the springs. I am running a similar cam in my truck. it does fine for me. you have a stall so you won't notice any bottom end loss. it will pull a lot better up top.

All I know Is my z71 is a one tire roaster. I went to gm thinking someone just slapped the z71 decals on a 1/2 ton long bed they ran the numbers on my truck and it is a True Z71. I didnt think to ask them at the time what gears it has in it, but I can only burn the passenger side rear. so a g80 is what i need? is that just a specail gear or a whole different rear end? Thanks for the help.
