Is it new in the box, or has it been installed? Work on an '06 1500 xcab?

Its a used kit. Im pretty sure it fill your application, this kit came off an Ex cab so it should work.

Around 3000-4000 miles. Just confirmed with TRT that this kit should fit your truck.
