From the website

Thunder Racing CustomCamshaft
"Old Man Truck Cam"- 214/220 .600/.523 115 LSA +2This is the perfect cam for someone looking for a stock rangepower band and stock sounding idle. Significant horsepower gains throughout the RPM range. No computer tuning required.Due to the fast ramp rate of this camshaft, the use of 1.8 rockers is not recommended.

It will seem a lil bigger in the 4.8L but it will make good power over the stock cam.

Why such the big difference in lift?

I'm liking the duration and the LSA both though

With the wider lsa the exhaust valve opens sooner. So I think they went with a less aggressive exhaust lobe to prevent the exhaust valve from opening too soon.
