Default TOG headers for the 4.8/5.3 Silverado, Sierra, Suburban, Yukon (A.I.R.)

We have one set of discounted TOG headers available -

580022C 2001-'04 4.8, 5.3 Silverado, Sierra, Suburban, Yukon (A.I.R.) - regular price is $759.99. This set can go for $625.

The Other Guys mid-length headers are manufactured to the industry’s highest standards. There are no compromises in material and workmanship.

14-gauge mild steel
Electroless-nickel-plated
Titanium-thermal-barrier-ceramic
Corrosion and heat resistant
1/2” thick precision-cut flanges
50-state legal
Gain of up to 43 horsepower

California Air Resources Board (CARB) Exemption No. D-509

Exhaust flanges are made from beefy 1/2" thick steel plate (50–100% thicker than most others) and ground flat.

Thick 14-gauge tubing is used instead of ordinary 16 or 18-gauge. Tubes are precision TIG welded to the flange.

A.I.R. refers to factory installed air pump emissions systems.
A special Electroless nickel plating is used inside and out. This is twice as durable as stainless steel. These headers are so well built, they’re backed by an un-limited lifetime warranty.

I know someone from the FSC board was looking for a set, or thinking about them anyways. I PM'ed him a copy of this thread.

Why the discount? Someone back out on a set?

Thanks!

They are a new return. It's coming up on the end of the year so I'd like to get some of the inventory out that hasn't been rotated.

I think that you have A.I.R. The 99-01 trucks have that and 02-present do not.

Just replied to your e-mail. These headers will actually fit 1999-'04. For some reason we had them listed from 2001-'04.

Get them coated ... you'll be sorry if you don't. I got mine coated at a local powder coating place for less than 100.

So someone just bought em and didn't want em?
Never installed, etc?
Any imperfections after getting them back?
Does that $625 include shipping?
