I do need this... What all would be needed to make it work on an 03 DBW with a truck 87mm conversion?

I believe you just need to splice the wires into your stock harness and run the power wire to a 5v reference. Drx, user name on here may be able to help out.

Which plug is still on it (6 pin or 8 pin), and how long are the cut wires?
