yes, essentially a bunch of the parts you would need to build the passenger log manifold for a turbo build, with lots of the part fitting done already for you.
the 3 bolt flange is the part you would use to mate your crossover pipe on the driver side to the crossover tubing.
This is schedule 40 pipe, same thing as most of the popular fabricated kits.

I do have the flex joint and some v bands laying around I would let go of, but the rest is stuff you will have to source from the mandrel bend shops and race part stores. the rest is pretty easy to find. Here was one of my mock ups, was able to fit a 3-3.5-4 downpipe and a 2" dump tube without any hacking.
