I think it will fit a 6.2L...dont 08 6.2L have L92 Heads?....my 2300 came off a SS silverado with the bigger "truck" heat exhanger as well...fit under my grill pretty good with a few lil tweeks

Yes, but its a different model. Not the same TVS1900 or 2300 that fits the 5.3.
