Default UPD intake for sale!

Decided to sell my UPD intake, here's their website www.ultimatepd.com . I guess I'm getting old, the induction noise is a little loud for me, similar to the K&N FIPK I had. There is ABSOLUTELY nothing wrong with it! It's me, I guess I'm turning into an old fart. It's the black intake, it sells for $239 new. I have two K&N filters to go with it (both used), the kit is an air box lid, intake tube, rubber tube/maf connector and the filters. The first $150 takes it, shoot me an e-mail if interested at dls350@aol.com. I'll wait a few days before I list it on E-bay.

Would you consider a trade? I have a DJ Motorsports intake almost 2 months old. It has a new pipe, a K&N cone filter and a heat shield made of this flexible type material. And of course all clamps and adapters. It was $200. And guess what, it isn't loud. ???

I'm pretty sure I've sold the intake, a money order is suppose to be on it's way.
