Why do I, the customer, have to call companies to see if the product I ordered and already paid for is on the way, or if they even sent the damn thing yet?
How can a company wait 3 months without notifying the customer that they had problems? That's the thing, Creederado didn't get a response from SIK, HE had to e-mail them to get a response or he probably wouldn't have heard anything from them, correct?
