Yes, it will as long as your truck has a cable throttle body and isnt drive by wire. This kit is for 99-2002 models.

The inlet elbow is different for drive by wire. Positions the throttle body so it will not hit the firewall. If the inlet elbow is replaced then it would work with drive by wire. I have no idea what whipple would charge for the inlet though.

I am 99% sure I still have an inlet for the drive by wire setup that I would sell to someone if they buy this kit and need an inlet.

It will all depend on your set up. I never dynoed it when I had the 4.8 in it, but with a completly stock LQ4 6.0, with bolt ons and exhaust I dynoed 442rwhp.
