Nelson harness (or similar) is necessary even for an 04, correct?
So I'd need 34" radiator+fans+nelson harness, and can set up the PCM with EFILive myself? Or about $400 total?

I traded my 28" rad and LS1 Efans for a 34" radiator and 34" fans 
towed a truck for a friend, im tuning his PCM and making him a harness for the trade also.
I used the same harness i made for the LS1 Fans.. had 1/4" spade connectors.
