it looks like the first one.the second is from an 02 and older,that one is clasified as neutral,from 03 up they offered 3 types shale(light)usually in cadi's, medium gray(silv's and denali)and graphite(silv ss).

Mine is med and the same color as this:

That looks like a Denali console. They are the ones with the doors and compartments. They have like a rubberized coating of the doors and etc. It is very nice.
