Default WTB: complete 5.3 and 4X4 trans
WTB: complete 5.3 and 4X4 trans with all accessory's and wiring harness. Would also consider 4.8 and 6L. Going to put this in a '72 Chevy 4X4 pickup so I need everything. Let me know what you guys have.

You didn't mention transfer case...but I have a fresh remanufactured NP246 looking for a home.

I got a 5.3 and I could put out my 4l60e ( thats got 2,000 miles on it. I just can't give up my wiring harness, but I got the hook up at a chevy so could get one cheap. How much are you looking to pay?

dewmanshu, The new style transfer cases won't work in that old truck, It has the old style, cast iron t-case with all gears and the front drive shaft is on the pass side of the truck. I have one of those that in good shape already.

6.0caddy, PM me with what you would need for it I'm looking to spend around 1200 max for everything. Might be interested in just pieces though.
