I would like to buy a good cam for my 5.3, some thing in the 224/230 range I also have a poweglide thats good up to 600 horse I would trade if anyones interesed

 

you can go to summit n get an 224/230 for like 350-400

not the spec you want but i have a 220/224 .530 .534 112lsa cam i had in my 4.8 and 5.3 the cam makes power to about 6000rpm and is a blast in a truck that you drive around. makes great power too! that and bolt ons in my 5.3 went 13.1
