IIRC, I think I gave $350 for mine, new, with a new set of Yukon's. 
Ended up giving up the gears for like $100 tho. LOVE MY TRUTRAC!! 
Wish I had put it in sooner!
Before I found that deal though, all my research showed Ron's Machine Shop on eBay to be the least expensive as well. May be your best bet!
