I'M NOT SURE WHO TO USE?
just try to find some... i used southern freight last time and it cost $240 for a set of 26" wheels
but there website is down

apparently UPS will do it for 120 bucks from my address to hattiesburg at 20x20x15 box ~50lbs per wheel, so you'd need to hunt down some boxes, but it's doable.
