Ha! You make me laugh. I checked with GM, and their COST is 148 bucks. I dont think they quoted you the correct part, because there is no way that they would sell it to a walk in customer for that price.

Matter of fact, I had to get a new factory air damn before I painted it and I think I paid close to 70 something. Maybe they quoted him that one. Dunno.

you might be on to something there... the paint to match parts are always cheaper, and plus GM shows a couple different ones for different options on the bumpers. They probably didn't quote you the Z71 air dam..

the stock Stock silverado air dam is $70

look up an air dam for a Suburban LTZ. its the same as the Z71 but black. its close to $300. I have one on my truck

That is fine. But dont the rules state that posting in a sales thread when you dont have any intention of buying is not allowed? This thread is turning into an arguement and Im just trying to sell parts I dont need in order to buy parts I want.
